DESIGN CONCEPT

Situated on the dramatic Spanish coastline, Villa Mediterranean embodies the ultimate synthesis of contemporary architecture and natural beauty. The design philosophy focuses on fluidity and lightness, featuring sweeping organic curves that mirror the rhythmic movement of Mediterranean waves.

ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES

The residence is characterized by its sculptural white concrete shell, creating a series of flowing spaces that blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor living. Generous cantilevered overhangs provide natural climate control while framing carefully curated views of the sea and the coastline.

Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve visual barriers, inviting the Mediterranean landscape into every interior space. The minimalist material palette of white concrete, glass, and natural stone creates a serene, timeless aesthetic that allows the surrounding nature to take center stage.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The infinity pool is the villa’s defining feature, appearing to flow endlessly into the Mediterranean Sea. Multiple terrace levels create intimate zones for relaxation and entertainment, all oriented to capture the coastal panorama and spectacular sunsets.

SUSTAINABILITY

Despite its luxurious appearance, the villa integrates passive design strategies, including natural ventilation, solar shading through architectural form, and locally sourced materials.
